1. Johnny Manziel

While the Browns are repeatedly saying that Manziel is not the starter, this has to be some sort of smoke screen to humble “Johnny Cleveland,” and to keep him away from media attention.  Brian Hoyer is formidable, but he wont bring Cleveland more than 6 wins.  Johnny Manziel has a lot of potential, and could bring the Browns to further lengths, with his athletic ability, so I think the Browns will have to give the job to Johnny Manziel.

2. Brian Hoyer

Hoyer not only will be the back-up, due to his skill level, he will be the only back-up.  Cleveland has continued to say he’s the starter, and while most fans don’t believe them, it tells us something that it’s not incredibly questionable that he could play.  He was excellent last season when he filled in due to Quarterback injuries, and the Browns may not have drafted a Quarterback if he didn’t get injured, and showed us a bit more of what he can do.
